Well my LS1 Tb just arrived today so I thought I'd try to test fit it and it kinda turned into a photoshoot of my upcoming setup . Here's some pics of my soon to be setup, which I've been piecing together for CHEAP!!!

The IC probably won't be going on anytime soon though as I need to build funds for the rest of the setup, which shouldn't be much but I'm broke right now lol. I am going to put the Stg. 4 blower/LS1 TB setup on soon though hopefully. I just need to figure out what to use as a bracket for the linkage, I need to do something about the pcv, and figure out what to do about this thing coming out of the blower which is conflicting with my LS1 TB adapter. Pic below

Oh and another thing, what is this hole on the side of the blower for?

I don't believe that hole is stock. Looks like it was tapped for a spray.

Yup X2, that hole is not stock. You should be able to go to Auto Zone and get a threaded plug. UNLESS you have plans....what ever you decide, just make sure to seal it when you put it in.

Well that will come in handy when I'm ready to start spraying , but that definitely won't be anytime soon. So just get a threaded plug at autozone you say, I'll have to check that out thanks.

You can pull that dowel pin out, you just have to grab it with a set of vice grips and clamp it down good and start twistin' and pullin'.

Wow thats rare! You have a PRJ Recored MAP IC core. You never see those things. I believe PRJ only made 5 or 6 of them like that. I have one of course along with his FMHE. I've had mine for about 3 years now. Kick ass, we're both unique together!

You'll love that CORE for sure. Its was a damn good design, but a ****ty core originally installled. Thankfully PRJ fixed that issue. Basically you got a heater core (same thing ZZP uses) in a lightweight air channeled frame.

Here's a few pics of mine and how I ran the lines...

I have a ton more pictures as well. I definatly recommend running 3/4" lines and a reservior....

Wow thanks for the info I didn't realize they were that rare, I feel special now . Ya it did seem like a pretty good design I'm definitely glad I got it. I'd really like to see more pics of how you've got it set up since our intercooler cores are single pass cores instead of the normal double pass ones.

And to add... Don't make the same mistake I made. Don't use ZZPs POS Garlock gaskets. They are worthless and will oil soak in less than a month, even with RTV! I had to redo both of my GPs because of those POS gaskets.

I recommend using The GM metal L32 LIM gaskets. Also, for S/C gaskets, the Gen3 style won't work on the lower side of the IC core. So you'll have to use a GM L32 GenV S/C gaskets for the bottom, and a GM (or Felpro) L67 Gen 3 S/C gasket for the top. Both, you'll have to gasket match for a proper fit. You won't need the yellow coolant o-rings because the L32 Gen V gasket has the orings built in them.

If you have any question, just ask me...
